Out-of-State Travel Tournament Policy & Expenses
As outlined in our contract, out-of-state trips are NOT OPTIONAL participants are required to share in team expenses during the course of the season, including travel expenses associated with attending out-of-state tournaments, this is in addition to and not included in the club registration fees. Payments must be made by the due date set by RVC. Each player is responsible for all travel fees associated with each tournament.
***NOTE: RVC reserves the right to cancel travel tournaments at the absolute and sole discretion of the club.***
